My order consisted of 8 items with three items having muliple quantities. All items were included in the shipment and they were packaged securely. All items received were exactly as described on their web site. I could not be more pleased. Remember, this order was placed over the holiday period and was received within 5 business days. I had read a prior review that stated that they had received a battery that was put into use before charging. The person stated that the run time was shorter than expected and wondered if the battery was stored in inventory too long. My phones User Manual clearly states that if a battery is to be stored for a period of time, do not store it fully charged, as this will shorten the batterys life cycle. Please note, CPRs invoice clearly states that the batteries that I received were to be charged 2 to 5 hours before initial use. For my Nextel phone accessories, CPR is my vendor of choice. |

The description says you can use the case as a full or half case, however my case did not wrap around and grip the antenae the way the same case did for my husbands i530 phone. So if I try to use it as a half case, the entire phone pulls out when I go to answer it. Also, I ordered the magnets for the car to hold my phones, my husband loves his in his work truck, but the one in my car fell off within 2 days and lost all its sticky. |
